A word before we get started, I get it. Changing diet habits is hard. It took me a while. And you won't notice the difference right away. But give it a few weeks and it will change your life. Don't try to do all the changes at once. Start simple,

Yeah I know what you're going to say here. "I just need meat to feel full" "I heard you miss out on nutrients" "I just feel weak when I just eat plants".
It's because you're not doing it right. Here's the secret
Cut the Fkn Sugar
This one was the hardest one for me to do. But the results have been ridiculously massive. I suffered from brain fog and ADHD all my life and because I've taken out 75% of the sugar in my diet it's made the most incredible difference. I both look and feel better.
Here's how to make it waaay easier-
Don't stop eating treats- replace them with nutritious ones. I still get sugar cravings, but they aare a lot less than they used to be. A really simple way to make it easier is to simply replace a sugary snack with a fresh fruit. I just don't buy anymore
