Everything starts from a base of healthy eating. I know you've heard that plenty of times, but changing my diet truly changed my life. I never get depressed, my ADHD was drastically reduced, and I look better at 46 than I did at 26. Most importantly, I feel better. Way better. And it's easier to get started than you think. Read my tips below. Exercise is very important as well, but it starts with nutrition.
